CHAN Chi Ming, age 59, has been appointed as an executive director and company secretary of Build King since 13th February, 2025. He joined Build King in October 2024 as a finance director and is also a director of various companies of Build King. Mr. Chan holds a Master Degree in Accounting from the University of Cambridge, a Professional Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Stanford University and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has over 30 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance and corporate governance. Mr. Chan was previously an executive director of companies listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and was licensed and approved by the Securities and Futures Commission as a Responsible Officer for Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity under the SFO to provide corporate finance advisory services including giving advice concerning compliance with or in respect of the the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Hong Kong Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Repurchases respectively to various listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Chan is responsible for overseeing the finance, human resources, digital, administration and company secretarial departments of Build King.
