Wuhan Nature's Favour Bioengineering Company Limited ("Nature's Favour"), a sino-foreign hi-tech cooperative enterprise, was established in 2001 by Wai Kee Group and Wuhan Green Century Biotechnical Company Limited. Total investment is RMB 50 million.

Nature's Favour focuses on bio-pesticides including research & development, production and distribution.

The Company is also carrying out research and development on bio-fertilizer, bio-animal feed, antibiotic intermediates and animal vaccine.

Nature's Favour's production factory is located in Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Industry Zone. It has an annual production capacity of RMB 200 million. The first stage of the factory was commissioned in early 2003.

The Company's marketing and sales department has set up a sales network in major agricultural provinces, namely Hunan, Hubei, Shangdong, Shanxi, Jiangsu and Guangdong, with plans to extend its sales network to the rest of PRC agricultural provinces in the near future.

By the end of 2004, Nature's Favour's will set up distribution channels in Asia, Australia and Canada, in order to enter the international bio-pesticides market.
