CHANG Kam Chuen, Desmond, age 58, joined the Group in May 1997 and is now an executive director and the Company Secretary of Build King. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting profession and financial management. Mr. Chang is responsible for the finance, human resources, information technology, administration and secretarial departments of Build King.
